At Think & Grow BMS, I focus on strategic digital transformation, programme leadership, and evidence-based decision making. Through my work and research, I explore how organisations can successfully deliver complex projects by aligning governance, leadership capability, and data-driven insights with organisational strategy. On this platform, I share perspectives on digital transformation, project leadership, organisational performance, and the role of technology in enabling sustainable change.

With over 13 years of experience in project and programme management, I have delivered complex transformation initiatives across sectors including healthcare, public services, supply chain, and social impact organisations. My work focuses on helping organisations implement structured project governance, improve delivery capability, and integrate digital technologies to support measurable outcomes and long-term strategic value.

I hold a Master’s degree in Global Project Management, a BA (Hons) in Business Management with Finance, and certification in Managing Successful Programmes (MSP). I am also a Doctoral Researcher (DBA) examining how project managers’ leadership mindset and decision-making influence the success of complex projects, with a particular focus on NHS hospital estates and large-scale public sector transformation programmes.

My expertise lies in bridging the gap between organisational strategy, technology, and project delivery. I have led digital transformation initiatives, IT implementations, and organisational change programmes, working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex programmes, implement governance frameworks, and develop performance measurement systems that support evidence-based decision making.

 

Through Think & Grow BMS, I aim to support organisations in strengthening delivery capability, improving programme governance, and leveraging digital technologies and data insights to unlock new opportunities for transformation. I am particularly passionate about helping organisations deliver projects that create measurable impact, strengthen accountability, and generate sustainable value for the communities they serve.
